Kristy helped me so much with my neck and back pain. I had a very stiff, sore neck and I could barely turn my head to drive. I spent a week in pain and relying on ibuprofen just to sleep, drive, and work until I saw Kristy. It was much looser the rest of the day and completely better by the next day! She is amazing

I have been a client of Heal Thy Body for almost 2 years. During that time, I have found Stefany to be extremely professional, caring, intelligent, sensitive, experienced, and exceptionally intuitive. It is amazing how she is able to find my trouble spots. In fact, Stefany is much more than just a massage therapist, as she is able to allow me to experience a complete mind and body experience. Having spent this time on her table, I am very spoiled and very loyal and I won’t see anyone else! I highly recommend Stefany to anyone lucky enough to get an appointment.
