Samantha was amazing. We didn't have our documents ready and she was SO patient while i had to go onlne to get them printed. Not only was she prepared to wait, she spent the time conversing with my 96 year old mother! She was efficient and organized but her compassion and kindness made the whole experince a pleasant one. I would recomnmend her unreservedly.
