This was my first time going there and Honestly, such a great experience front desk is such a sweet lady . The process for it was super quick pain level as for me personally was about three out of five But I’m also very ticklish so that kind of helped out Because I was giggling during my session Which was honestly probably not even 10 minutes in and out! I’m so excited for the results!!✨✨✨
I just completed my fourth laser hair session, I am doing 2 very sensitive areas. Every time I come in I am seen right away and all of the girls go super fast (if you want and prefer, which I do). Trinh has some magic way about her not only going super fast but somehow the pain never lasts or lingers. My results are absolutely incredible, after the first session I was floored by the results. Everyone in the office is so friendly and warm and the women who perform the procedures have been working here for a while. No matter who you get you will be happy! I went for my first session today and I was paired with Megan. She was amazing from beginning to end. She educated me step by step on before and after care and so much more. She answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and for me that is a big thing for me. It’s the worst feeling when you feel like you didn’t fully express yourself because you were rushed from asking questions so I really appreciate for being so patient , understanding and compassionate. She made feel very comfortable. I’m excited to continue my laser hair removal process here at the ideal image location in west Hartford ct. They are simply professional and very welcoming.
