By far the most thorough hearing exam I’ve ever received. Dr. Caron Barone educated me on hearing loss, answered all my questions and concerns about hearing aides and not at any time did I feel I was being rushed. I was fitted with hearing aids that have changed my life for the better. And she is always available to answer any questions I have, by phone. I highly recommend her.
Professional and personable visit with Dr Caren Barone this week. My hearing had noticeably changed in recent days. She identified the problem, adjusted my devices, and made a plan going forward. I left feeling she had made a definite difference for me in my daily life. Very happy with my visit and service. And a shout out to Julie their office receptionist. Always polite and follows up consistently with whatever scheduling changes need to be made. I would highly recomend their office for hearing care.
Update jan 2026: went in today for an adjustment and software update. It was a very pleasant experience. Hannah is teriffic, explains everything and takes as much time as the patient needs. Love this place!! This place is the real deal! I've been dealing with the wethersfield office and they are teriffic. Very honest, spend time with patients to make sure they understand and are very transparent with their prices (which are very reasonable), I'm very happy to have made the choice to go there!!!
