I bought a CZ over/under and it came with the incorrect chokes new out of the box. They tried to make it right and still messed that up sending the wrong one. Now a year into owning it, the barrels have some surface rust and support is impossible to reach the supervisor who is needed for this issue. Not a good experience

Contacted Colt three times via mail and countless attempts with their customer service to discuss two firearms I've purchased that had critical defects. The first was a Python that literally fell apart the first time it was fired. The second firearm was a Commander that had a defected safety. Colt repaired the Python after months in its repair shop, only to find out it was a manufacturer defect on thier first run of the Pythons due to wrong torque specs. There was never a safety recall. The Commander was never sent in as I awaited a response from Colt since this was the second firearm with a major defect within the same year. I have tried for months now, literally, to contact Colt's Law Enforcement Training Division concerning setting up Armorer's schools for the Department that I work for. I sent many, many e-mails to the address they gave on their website for this purpose and have heard NOTHING back. So today, I called their corporate offices to try to find out what avenue I can go to to set up training. They told me to send an e-mail to the address that I've been using for MONTHS NOW WITH NO RESULTS!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! AWEFUL. It seems that they could care less
