The staff is friendly, transparent, and provides great customer service, clearly explaining options and keeping clients updated. They provide an amazing, meticulous level of detailing that goes far beyond a simple wash. They perform excellent work with amazing attention to detail, making even filthy cars look brand new. They clean all nooks and crannies, and carefully place any customer belongings in a separate bag. The experience is enhanced with small gifts like a custom air freshener, a tote bag, a microfiber cloth, a sticker, and mints. They also offer professional services like window tinting. Highly recommended for all vehicle detailing needs.
My car was a mess. I hadn't had it detailed in years. I made an appointment with Erin and he was very friendly and welcoming. He presented an the prices of their services and what was entailed with no hidden charges. He even told me about upcharges if more needed to be done than the service provided which was fine. I always appreciate transparency in business. I didn't take any before pictures but my seats and floors looked like it was fresh off the factory floor. 3 days later and I can still smell the cleanliness in my car. 5 star professional work done. Easy to schedule, review the options and select what I wanted. When I arrived they were ready and made sure to confirm what I wanted done and if thier was anything special to focus on etc…
When it was done later that day they notified me and let me know. I had the premium interior detail and the basic exterior Cleaning on my Tacoma work truck. They made it look like brand new and cleaned up all nooks and crannies. They found items I thought I lost and put everthing that was in the truck in a bag for me.
Great company knows how to do it right and makes the whole process easy. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle detailing needs
Highly recommend this place, they did an amazing job. My car was filthy and disgusting and some how they made it look brand new. Even gave some small gifts like a bag, air freshner, micro fiber cloth. Any of my belongings I left in the car they put in a seperate bag! They employees and owner were also so friendly. Asking if I wanted water or coffee, explained everything really clearly. I'm definitely going back if I ever need of work on my car that they offer.
