If I could leave no stars I would. EVERY single time I have been here they are at least an hour late. Just had an appointment today at 11:45 am. Showed up at 11:30. As of 12:20, heard the dr walk in to the patient NEXT DOOR TO ME!!! Waited over an hour with an appointmet and this is NOT the first time

I've wanted to write this for a long time. I was going to let it be, but I recieved a phone call today that just blew my mind.I saw Dr. Lebowitz for nearly 10 years, and in that time, he - at best - provided an exceptionally poor level of care. For the first 5 years, I was in good health and barely needed to see him. The first (and only) physical he ever gave me, which I needed for work, consisted only of basic vitals, eye/ear check, and knee reflexes before he tried to send me on my way. I then asked for him to run basic bloodwork (which he argued was unnecessary because I was "young", 25, and only needed it every 5 years). If I could give this a 0 I would. I called for a prescription refill and was told it was ready and of course for the 4th time it was never called in. I have to go days without my prescription bc they lie to you. When I called back I spoke to Daniella who was beyond rude and told me "if I don't like it leave" and hung up. I have worked 10 years in customer service and if I ever spoke to someone the way Daniella spoke to me I would be fired. Due to Daniella I will never go back and am switching Drs. DO NOT GO HERE!
