Gs is great because it is a no commitment gym. What this means is you can pay for a month and won't be committing a to minimum year contract like at other commercial gyms. Really easy to use the gym at any time of day. Great gym with a solid reputation.

I remember the most important thing about the last time. Years ago I had to go back in the bathroom but it wasn't even my fault. I learn this from my superior, chase it, then face it. Livin' lavish yall, say it with me "goo goo gaga"

Really cool gym with amazing trainers. Not your traditional setup; it's more open concept where every person gets a plan for the day from one of the trainers when they walk in. I'm working 1 on 1 with Peter and Chris and they are working my a$$ out! They know exactly what level to challenge me while still being mindful of my lower back injury. I'm hooked and highly recommend.
