I went there the staff ,manger was very nice ready to assist you very friendly. I got Cynthia as cyn she so patient with me even tho it was almost closing time, she still took her time to help find the right foundation n also taught me to apply the right product on my face. Thanks to her helped me choose the right make up. she is awesome ?

Hands down the Waterbury Ulta is my favorite. I have Ben to numerous Ulta locations, and the staff @ Waterbury is so friendly and welcoming. This was the third location that I had visited because I could not find my perfect foundation match. THANK YOU MARINA for going above and beyond to help me out!! And the woman in the front on the register ( I'm sorry idk your name) was so kind and went to the back of the store to find me an eyeshadow because they were all out of my shade.. Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience so enjoyable??

After having a rough day, I went in to get just a few items. Savaya made my day so much better and took the time to hear what I needed and suggest products I am now obsessed with! On top of this, the rest of the staff was very sweet.
