Worst HD store bar none. Recent visit to buy a 10ft iron pipe. List $72. Found a three foot version in the junk bin. $84. Brought it to the Manager. sorry, that's the price. So 3 ft is more expensive than ten feet? Yep. Keep it. At least fifty percent of the times I have gone here. They are out of whatever I need. Go to Southington. stay clear of Waterbury!!!

Very rude staff I walked in the store the other day and heard a worker being extremely rude to these 2 guys in garden the stuff that he said to them was unreal one had sunglasses the other a hoodie shorts and a green hat and the worker was like a short Spanish guy treat people like that makes me not wanna ask for help or even shop here check your staff because that's unacceptable

Walked in the store yesterday June 11th 2024 and as I walked through garden I heard a manger being verbally rude and vulgar towards these 2 dudes looked like they were possibly vendors talking about watering can't believe you allow your staff to talk to people like that it's disgusting and whoever you were short Spanish home depot worker you have a mouth on you ill tell you that

I can't believe I walked in this store to buy some annuals and heard a home depot manager talking extremely rudely to 2 vendors about watering plants they are so dry I checked the ones in my cart and put them back they weren't even moist you need to check your employees before a customer records them and calls osha discrimination in the workplace is a lawsuit better hope those vendors are pacifists

Basically here every morning waiting for them to open…ITS THAT GOOD

Horrible customer service. Waited for over 10 mins after they called over the intercom for customer help and no one came. Why is there workers walking around but not helping?! I ask for their help and they walk right by me.

Home Depot is great only downside is you really need for someone if you need help.

Whenever I go there it's the reason that I am in full confidence that I will find whatever i'm looking for and the help is enormous or maybe it's just me and find people who are out to help and that is a wonderful thing

Terrible store to buy appliances, they do not want to cover the warranty, the installation is done by people who do not have any technical knowledge. After they installed a washer and dryer I had to call a technician to install it correctly. And they did not refund the money they charged me for the installation.
