Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the doctor/Aprn was attentive and kind to me. They offered me an ice pack while I waited and then a water when I made it to the room. They were knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in and out in record time with all my needs addressed. Amazing.
Mrs Jeanie Cruz helped to provide a comfortable and professional health care experiences by making sure I was comfortable and hydrated in addition to extra concern for my blood pressure making sure the machine was reading correctly. She and the office exceeded my urgent care expectations and I have never been to such a clean and professional building with nurses focused on patient care. Thank you Mrs Jeanie Cruz! Be blessed!
