Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the doctor/Aprn was attentive and kind to me. They offered me an ice pack while I waited and then a water when I made it to the room. They were knowledgeable and accommodating. I was in and out in record time with all my needs addressed. Amazing.

Mrs Jeanie Cruz helped to provide a comfortable and professional health care experiences by making sure I was comfortable and hydrated in addition to extra concern for my blood pressure making sure the machine was reading correctly. She and the office exceeded my urgent care expectations and I have never been to such a clean and professional building with nurses focused on patient care. Thank you Mrs Jeanie Cruz! Be blessed!

It was great but almost completely ignored my request for help with my back pain, which was directly related to my primary concern. Did some backyard work, cut it down with a machete and a weed Wacker. I have a herniated disk and am in pain. I was afraid to ask but still asked just Incase there would be some empathy. Came in my work clothes. Hard working person, not a junkie but nonetheless in small words told me to deal with it.(dont want to curse) I aint the type to do this,, EVER but this really grinds my gears. Thanks for the help otherwise

The staff was great during my visit & London, Laura was absolutely amazing & great. Thank you guys for the care & the guidance on the steps I need to take! Absolutely grateful!

Doctor was very brief, seemed like he couldn't be bothered to tense to a patient properly, didn't prescribe my prescription the right way, and was like doubtful even tho it was only for poison ivy which I am highly allergic to and this is in my medical chart b as vi get prednisone prescribed a few times every summer. So that being said I know how the script should look and this one was wrong will not effectively treat this rash. Oh and here's the kicker they had me sign hippa paperwork when I came in and proceeded to discharge me with not only my paperwork but someone else's medical diagnosis and and med chart as well. HIPPA violation if I've ever seen one. Obviously they can't be bothered to do there job the right way. Unfortunate it is
