About two months ago I contacted JP Maquire to come out and give me an estimate for the clean out of a small rental property that sustained smoke, water and fire damage due to a contained fire in the basement of the house. Ty came out to access the damage and then went over possible options with me. For a number of reasons, I decided not to do any repairs or renovations to the rental but just wanted it cleaned out and treated for smoke, mold and mildew. My tenant had several pieces stored in the house and Ty and his crew were able to work around them during the clean out process. There was excellent communication from the very beginning and right through the last two days it took to clean out both the house and basement. Ty and his team were really accommodating with my tenant’s and my own schedule. Their work was exceptional and both my son and I were very pleased with their completed work. The cost was extremely reasonable for the time and energy that Ty and his team put into this job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JP Maquire for any restoration services. Right from my initial contact with the office staff to working with Ty and his crew, it was an easy process with a very successful result.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Our townhouse complex was ravaged by the macroburst in May. The first contact we had from JP Maguire was Kai. He walked through our home and assessed the damage and was so thorough and professional. Then, a few weeks later, Randy visited to organize the huge undertaking of getting our entire complex restored. He put us at ease immediately with his warmth and obvious knowledge. He told us exactly what to expect and followed through. Let’s face it, Randy is just plain awesome...a rock star in the home restoration field. His crew was amazing from Lenny (who did an amaaazzzing job) to the painters, to the roofers. They showed up on time, respected our home and fur babies. Most importantly, they gave us a beautiful home again. Thank you SO much for all of your hard work and for making what could have been a difficult experience a wonderful one!

called JP Maguire and they were very quick and professional. They cleaned up water in a basement from a washing machine malfunction. Their staff was great and would highly recommended them to anyone In a time of need.
