We use USA Waste and Recycling for trash removal at our commercial office buildings in the Hartford area. They always do a great job and are very responsive and helpful. We've been using them for many years and are happy with their service!
Allen was absolutely amazing. His diligence helped to identify what happened to our totes that were scheduled to be picked up when we closed our account due to a move. The new homeowners opened an account and kept the same totes. He determined what happened, and was able to credit my account for cost of the totes. Great customer service Allen!!!
What great service! My questions were answered promptly and the dumpster arrived on time and was picked up on time. Met the driver and he was great! Very happy and will be using this company again.
