Literal trash! Recycling was either half picked up or never picked up for a couple years now. I have called every time its not picked up and they claim there has never been a complaint note on my account! The company gives terrible excuses as to why it wasn't picked up though, such as; our driver had surgery, not visible (back down our st) and asked if I didn't roll it down, and verified picked up when clearly not. So you have notes!? Anyway, I canceled and spoke to a man who had no clue what he was doing. He said my refund would be delivered back to my acct in 7-10 bus days. Day 13. Still no refund. Call. they merged with another local company, and understandably, there were complications when they took over our account. I understand that such a process is bound to have hiccups, and they admitted there was many. However, it is unacceptable for them to continuously demand payment after I have provided receipts. They continuously say my receipts and screen grabs from my bank statement are "not sufficient evidence" , and don't give any example of what would be considered sufficient evidence. They just continue to threaten to shut me off unless I pay again. So in my experience, they are pretty sucky.

It’s an issue every week. System down. Holiday schedule. Drivers lying about no garbage out to be picked up when I have the Ring video to check. Terrible value. Looking to cancel.
