Have had Hocon for over 25yrs at my parents and Richie O’Neil has been a friend as well as great person. I personally bought a new house and I of course went with hocon as they have a great track record and man did it show when I had my first check Steve L was my tech and man he was a great guy, he checked my furnace and replaced my filter no questions asked luckily I had a spare filter cause it was in need of changing.

Steve’s service was prompt and efficient. He is a polite young man and was patient in explaining the problem and correcting it. He also will attempt to get a manual from the company for me to have on hand for future servicing

First, I should point out that my experience with Hocon is as a new customer and a new ‘convert’ to a gas stove. Hocon has been *very* !helpful with the transition process. It required several ‘moving parts’ to come together, and Hocon was great. Finally, I must praise the technician who installed the tank and completed the installation, Steven L. It was not easy to access the location where the tank was to be located, but he made the effort to avoid damaging any flowers and plants which I very much appreciate.
