We were amongst many in CT that were told abruptly that Ferrell Gas was no longer going to do business in CT., and that we had 30 days to find another provider. This, after charging us a high price for fully filling our propane just days before the notice. Talk about feeling violated! I called Hocon of Waterbury and spoke with Rich who said calmly,, don't worry we'll be out there in two days to set you up. Two days later Hocon's staff were there, they completed the switch, inspected and lit our appliances, documented the serial #'s of all our devices and left us with a great feeling of comfort and security. Installers were fast, efficient and very friendly. My only disappointment was their inability to connect my gas grill to the tanks, due to a crimped connector on my grill. Seemed like Hocon should have been prepared for that, since the grill was a well-known brand.
