My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3 and has loved every class. The teachers, assistant teachers, and even the older girls and boys are all welcoming and make you feel like part of a family and not just a dance studio. The studio listens to parent input so it's not the same fundraisers over and over. Last year, we even had an adult hip hop class!

Love this studio!!! Every coach and staff member treat you like family! Recitals are the best ones out of any CT dance school. The competition team is extremely talented and hard working! So many options for classes too- from little little kids to adults/moms ? So much fun to be part Heart and Sole ?

My son has been dancing now for 4 years and he absolutely loves the staff. Communication is clear via email and communication board at the studio. The studio is always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend for new dancers and experienced dancers.
