I was very surprised to be in and out of there under 40 minutes specially since I have a sister who has recently been there and she said she was there for at least two hours so I wondered if maybe I was a little rushed. However, with that being said, I don’t seem to be having a problem at all with my machine so I must have needed only under 40 minutes. Diana was very pleasant, professional and very informative. I had a great experience for something I went into with alit of anxiety.

Diane was excellent in her professional and thorough review of the cpap machine. She explained it thoroughly and was warm and welcoming. I really felt like this was a team experience and look forward to a successful experience with my new machine

Diane was very kind, very courteous and very helpful and she had a lot of patience it’s not easy dealing with the public. That’s very important and I appreciate everything she helped me with.
