Diane was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything from the diagnosis to what the CPAP machine does to cleaning the machine and ordering supplies. Really took time with me and made me feel comfortable.
Jeanie was extremely helpful in explaining how my cpap machine works. She took time with the various nose pieces until I selected what I thought would work best. She was both pleasant and knowledgeable, a “breath” of fresh air so to speak.
Every tech that have delivered oxygen tanks have been awesome. They always ask me if everything is working and if I need anything. Roberto Millan Jr is the best. He's always pleasant. He always ask me if everything is good. I always have a pleasant experience when getting my oxygen, with the Milan brothers and also Akil Clarke the best They are all the best. Always smiling and asking me if I am ok and do I need anything like hoses or nose pieces. Always pleasant.
