I came here with such damaged hair because i decided to use boxed bleach than diy my hair blue , Laisha made me feel so comfortable and reassured me she can help she cut my hair beautiful and gave me the best advice on how to keep my hair healthy after struggling to find someone who I feel comfortable with touching my hair I finally found that person and it is Laisha ! She is literally the best !

Have been going to Amanda for years! I won’t go to anyone else whether it’s for a cut or one of my very famous “fun” colors. Amanda has been doing my color for years and we have done every color of the rainbow! Always a great time and relaxing. Highly recommend! I even bring my daughter to get her hair cut!

thanks to Amanda Santana at Hair by Jennifer Marie I deffinitly recommend them if you want a fresh new look, the salon is perfect, clean and EVERYONE is so nice..you instantly feel like you belong from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walkout! Making an appointment is so easy and accommodating and don't get me started on amanda and how nice and professional she is, she was able to answer any and every question I had... made me feel pampered she did an AMAZING job on my hair and deffinitly earned me as a forever client!!! The prices are also very very good compared to other salons and id pay again and again to walk out looking and feeling as amazing as i did! If I could give this salon a million stars I deffinitly would because they more than earn it!! It says it all when a salon has been around as long as there's has and nothing like supporting a small business by buying there shampoos, conditioner ect which are all amazing as well :)

This place is awesome; the service is the best. They make you feel at home. Francis is awesome!!! I was looking for someone who can treat me like they do in PR, and this is the right person and place. I feel welcomed! She fixed my hair and did an awesome job! 100% recommended!

02/01/24 When you're scheduled for a routine touch-up but your requests turn into a full blown color correction. Franci took on the 6-hour challenge last-minute, fighting those stubborn undertones, teaming up with Jen to produce results that went from brassy to sassy. Thank you to Laisha for jumping in to help remove the countless foils, and to Josephine for cheering on the dream team right to the finish line.
At Hair By Jennifer Marie you aren't just a number, everyone will know your name. Plus when it comes to my undertones, it really does take a village.
UPDATE 03/23/24 Phase 2 of project lift-this brass! Kudos you to Franci for another day, doing whatever it took to meet our goals! Between the expertise of Franci and Jenn, walking out with a flip and flick (pictures 4 & 5).

I love this place!! I was visiting from Boston so it was my first time getting my hair done here. Franci gave me a lovely haircut - she did an incredible job!! I got exactly what I wanted and everyone was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place!!

My son went and tried to buy a gift certificate and one of the workers were very rude and was talking through the door at him and told him to come back in the day time. He was racially profiled and it was not right. I understand that Waterbury is not the greatest but not everyone is the same it’s the holidays and he was trying to do something nice. Shame on you for acting like that all I have to say is Merry Christmas and Happy New Year we will bring our money somewhere else
