I don’t write reviews much but my experience with the service department was great. They were always upfront and straightforward with everything and the entire process I was updated and in the know the entire time. They did everything they could to help get me to and from the dealership to pick up my car while work was done and wanna say thank you to Austin at the service desk for the entire process.
I just bought my first Audi that I can say is just for me. Not my family or my kids. Alexyss was a Rockstar with helping me make this come true. I couldn’t have done this without her help. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Alexyss.
I just left Valenti with a new Q5! The dealership was immaculate and everyone was smiling and welcoming. Alexis sold me my car, she was communicative, kind, helpful, and dedicated to getting me in the car I wanted. She was thorough and informative. I was so impressed. The process was smooth and quick. Steve helped us sign paperwork and couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. I was so pleased with my experience. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
