got a power dip set. only took 30 minutes because I think they double booked my nail technician by accident. I understand mistakes happen. UPDATE: the owner and nail tech contacted me trying to resolve this issue so I really can't complain. The technicians are always incredibly nice and Joon goes above and beyond for his customers.

Been going here forever! The staff are very attentive and kind. This place really gives you the whole treatment for an affordable price! While your nails are drying they give you a little massage and a hot towel for your hands! I always leave feeling so refreshed!

A friend recommended You Got Nails when I was looking for a last minute gel manicure in the Wallingford area. They were able to get me in same day and my mani was great! Maria took her time and did an amazing job! Lost a star because it’s more expensive to use a card (my total was roughly $10 more) and they only take cash tips. I didn’t bring cash as I didn’t see this mentioned in other reviews, on the business description, or even posted on their door/pricing list etc. It also wasn’t mentioned when I called ahead to make the appt. Definitely bring cash! Other than the surprise service charge at the end, it was great and I’ll definitely go back!
