Very pleased with the customer service I received from Eric. Not my usual eye doctor but had an emergency and they were the closest vision center to me. Eric was very professional, polite and understanding with my situation and responded very promptly. I am now looking forward to continuing my eye care at Walmarts Vision Center in Wallingford.
Extremely satisfied with the service, help and professionalism i received from Claribeth! Was so pleasantly surprised with her willingness to go above and beyond to help me not only choose glasses I loved but she made sure that I used whatever benefits I was allowed with my insurance. She was knowledgeable, friendly and certainly went out of her way to assist me. Well done Claribeth!!
I highly recommend getting glasses here. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Erik is very helpful and friendly. He helped me every step of the way and made it all so easy.
