We had a waterline burst in an upstairs bathroom that left significant damage to not only the upper level of our home, but the kitchen and family room on the main level, then down to our finished basement. Our insurance company suggested we contact Total Water Restoration to put our home back together. I am so glad they did. I contacted Total Water and received a call back from Anthony within minutes. An appointment was set up for few days later with Joey DiNoia and Frank. They assessed the situation and immediately put together a game plan and timeline for the project. Came to the house to inspect water from attic central air. Had a national company tell us over 3k in demo and 6k in renovation.
Anthony came over and gave an honest opinion and evaluation of our situation. Refused to even charge an evaluation. Great honesty and integrity. Would
definitely recommend if anyone needs an honest opinion. Support local and stay away from the National "pro"
