I brought my 2 yr old daschund there today as a walk in for a nail trimming for the first time. The staff was absolutely incredible. They were very professional and polite. My dog Rolo is not a fan of getting his nails trimmed and he yelped because he was scared but the staff was very patient with him and kept speaking to him in a calming voice. I was very impressed and highly recommend them. Thank you Muddy Puppy!

Jennifer and her team have done an awesome job grooming my Wheaton Terrier every time. My dog hates getting hair cut, so I'd snip her hair while she ate or have my kids hold a treat for her to distract her. It was a nightmare until my vet suggested anti-anxiety medicine for nail trimming and grooming. I gave them to my dog the night before and the morning of the grooming and then dropped her off with much trepidation and little hope for a good outcome. My jaw dropped in amazement when I picked her up! She was clean, groomed, had her nails trimmed and wasn't cowering! Jennifer accommodates my dog's hatred of the hose by using a bucket every time and says she is well- behaved!...read full review
