Your website doesn't tell you that you have to pre registered on line for the vet. So i went early because it was first come first serve and came to find out their are 50 people ahead of me. I was so mad because the website didn't tell you that. The staff was friendly and fit me in.
Also the vet arrived 15 minutes late and was disorganized at the wallingford store.
