Tom and his crew just installed our new heat pump HVAC system, 2 1/2 days in our very hot attic. They are neat, knowledgeable, on time, and a pleasure to have in your home. Got the system running before this wicked heat. Couldn’t be happier with the work, highly recommended!

We highly recommend Masters Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating and air conditioning needs. They remained communicative, responsive and helpful while our air conditioning unit broke down. They quickly got us on their schedule when we initially called them to report a problem, were at our house and explained what was wrong with the unit, and worked their hardest to ensure we were back on their schedule to have the unit repaired/replaced despite shipping logistic issues that seem to effect virtually every industry these days. Alan was informative throughout the process, worked quickly and was instrumental to keeping us on track. Michelle was extremely helpful keeping us on schedule and responsive to our questions and concerns. When she wasn't able to help us, she made sure the right person was there who could provide us with the needed information. We will definitely be using this company for any future heating and air conditioning needs!
