We are a small housing company and we use Kramer Restoration for our old historic buildings for more than 15 years. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. Everyone that works for them is polite, professional, and they clean up afterwards, the jobs are done on time and within budget. When there is an emergency they respond in a timely manner.

We had water in our family room, formerly a garage, which can from a frozen pipe in the baseboard heating. Fortunately it was contained to this room. Kramer began work the day I called and finished the serious water mitigation stripping and drying the room in short order. The reconstruction phase for Kramer is critical for us to return to normal living. I will be able comment on reconstruction when complete.Service: Water damage-related mold removal
