Z... has textured hair that is very fine and curly - she has cried at every other salon when getting braids and did not want to have them ever again. Fran was gentle, kind and thoughtful. She spent a lot of extra time to get out the tangles and blow it out before making braids. I can't say enough about Fran and her very cool mobile salon experience. I'd give her 100 stars if I could!”
