Since I began the process of renting a unit from this location about a month ago, the staff have been nothing but helpful and kind. I made a reservation online and within an hour Penny called me to confirm everything and make sure there was no confusion. They’ve been great at communicating from day one and always have a positive attitude. I’m currently upgrading to a larger unit and they’ve made the process much less stressful than any other company I’ve used to rent storage from. I trust my belongings with them and I can imagine I’ll continue to rent from them for a long time!

Moving in and out was extremely easy especially compared to my experience with extra space. The manager Penny was not only helpful inside the office, but she guided me on the phone to the right area to park, helped us coordinate the most convenient pickup process even when we asked to make changes.
