The massage chair massage was not making enough contact with my body in some areas. Every thing else was great. I did not have a standing appointment but I was seated immediately. My technician did an excellent job for my pedicure/manicure

This is my new place, and I’ve tried about 10 different salons over the last year. Others have been good, but my experience here is honestly exceptional. First of all, the salon is clean on a level that many other salons in this price range are not. And I’m pretty critical. Everything is organized, labeled, properly stored. With the attention to detail they show with a manicure, I’m not surprised they keep shop the same way. The service here is so nice, I’d try to call and make an appointment if you can but they do take walk-ins, they are great communicators and are on top of the schedule from what I observed watching people walk in during my manicure. Absolutely the best pedicure I've gotten in CT. The staff does not rush you out which is phenomenal. Everyone is nice, the space is nice, the place is clean I felt so comfortable here.
