My employer uses TeamLogic IT and has for years. I would say that 99% of the time I deal with Kyle. He is always super prompt at responding to my issues. He is professional, friendly and resolves my issues as quickly as possible. A couple of weeks ago I had multiple computers crash in my office and James had to help me. It took days for us to get things rectified. He went above and beyond to get us squared away. I was so impressed with the help I received. I would recommend TeamLogic to anyone looking for IT assistance for their business.

Team logic continues to provide wonderful service. Thomas has been a great support person each time I have an issue, and always has great customer service. When I think of customer service, I think of ability to fix errors and issues, continued support until issue is resolved, and speed and accuracy with completing the task at hand. Each of the Technicians I have engaged with have surpassed the bar. Thank you Team Logic!

I put in 2 tickets in regard to issues with my surface. My surface was lagging and freezing every couple of seconds, and then I had a credentials issue. Kyle was amazing. He responded immediately and professionally. Both issues were resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The following day I had a residual issue which was going to cause me to miss deadlines if I couldn't access this part of my computer right away. He again contacted me within minutes of my ticket going in. The residual issue which was not able to be fixed properly years ago was corrected within 15 minutes. Kyle is a life safer. Professional. Quick. Nice. I give 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you!
