I took our 10 year old HP Laptop in for a broken hinge. I was hoping it would be an inexpensive repair. They checked the hard drive and battery as they pulled it apart. In the end they told me the parts to repair the hinge would have cost more then a new laptop. They also said the battery was on its last leg and the hard drive was not in the best shape. I appreciated the honesty and would recommend them.
