I was first greeted by the friendly receptionist and had to complete some paperwork. I then visited with Ali, who took some preliminary eye scans and then Melody came into the exam room and made some additional checks. They were both very supportive and friendly. Lastly, I saw Dr. Wayne and she finished up my exam and told me everything was good. Thanks for all of your work. You make a great team.
Dr. Orr answered all my questions. He is polite and kind, too.My only complaint is about the automated answering system. It’s annoying and detracts from Solinsky’s patient experience.
From the person I spoke to on the phone asking about this office and my insurance coverage to the receptionist to the person who does the test to the doctor and to the person who sold me my glasses, this was a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and gave me all the information I needed and made me feel as though they were glad I was there. The exam was the most thorough and helpful exam I have ever had.
