Ok so having a 2nd floor toilet leak into the ceiling of the 1st floor bathroom is no fun. Then what's with Eddie? He came smiling into the house, met everyone and got to work. Not without telling us it'll be ok and making sweet comments about our incessently barking dog! I could feel the tension start to drain in all of us. Eddie put us at ease, worked quickly and except for the shiny new metal hose connecting the toilet to the pipe in the wall, you would never know he had been there. We had a leak in basement that was a real concern. Service was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. he price seemed high for just one joint replacement but guess everything is these days. We will call Ray Paige again if needed.
