Mateo did some plumbing repair jobs for us. He took the time to explain the jobs and gave various cost options depending on any issues he might encounter. Everything was up front. The work he did was neat and clean. Very professional. I highly recommend Mateo and Gottier plumbing.

Jacob was punctual, polite and efficient. 1st visit was to diagnose, he spent a lot of time making sure components were correct and available, then gave us options for repairs. 2nd visit was for an extensive replacement of water heater and outdated heat exchanger & pump, which needed to be re-plumbed differently than what we had due to updates to the parts through the years. Job took most of the day, Jacob kept us updated and made sure everything worked after he finished. Left the area as clean or cleaner than he found it! We have been of customers Gottier Plumbing & Heating AND their Oil service for well over 35 years; they have been there for us when we've needed them and they have provided excellent service and support. 2 months (December) after we moved into our house in Vernon, CT, many years ago, our furnace needed to be replaced. We reached out to Gottier, a local Oil/Plumbing & Heating company. They came right out and replaced the furnace and put us on a payment plan. Very easy and excellent work.
