Dumpster and materials delivered on Friday. Roof replacement Monday and Leaf Terminator install Tuesday. The team was excellent and complete clean-up. “John contacted me about replacing my carpet and putting down new laminate. It was a very rush job because I was getting inspected at the end of the week by AKC. I never called him back but he kept on calling which I liked. He told me that they could do it in my time frame and sure enough they did. They also were able to do it within my budget. I am working on having both John and Justin do a bunch of projects for us. The floor makes the house so much better. They helped move some of the furniture out. They even moved my sick golden retriever into the car for me to bring her to the vet. They did such a great job and the house looks like new. Thank you John and Justin. “My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Additionally, I felt that Yony/Tony is a very good man, he was super friendly, a pleasure to talk to, and professional-- he just radiates genuine positive energy all around. Thank you Yargueta!“

“I’ll tell you what, I was very impressed with La Rich and the entire experience beginning with the initial phone call asking for an estimate. Bill answered the call and from there he took care of everything. He was true to his word from showing up at the set time to how long it would take to get the roof replaced. Anthony and his crew were very polite and they worked together like a machine from start to finish. Everyone had a set job to do and they stuck to it through the heat and completed stripping the old shingles to nailing the last new shingle down all in a single day. I have a midsize home with an attached larger than normal 2 car garage and both were completed before 5pm. That includes being cleaned up of which they cleaned as they went. Very impressed with Bill, Anthony and crew. Oh and out of 3 estimates La Rich came in under the next guy by a few K’s and you can’t beat the warranties. I’d do it again but fortunately I don’t have to.“
