Recently,My wife had toothache in one of wisdom tooth and we visited the dental clinic on 5-Jan.They diagnosed problem with other 3 teeth too and recommended for 4 teeth extraction. As the insurance break down was not available, we have taken appointment for one tooth extraction . On 12-Jan-2024, we went for tooth extraction,Then said treatment breakdown is not available as they unable to contact My insurance and provided me estimate of $174 per tooth and convince us to go for all 4 teeth extraction. We happily accepted the offer as it’s in our budget. Later, while reviewing the insurance claim , they charged $275 per tooth and my I nsurance approved the claim. It’s in network to insurance. I called and informed My Insurer MetLife about the situation. Insurer say they approved the claim as dentist charges are not high. Now we are feeling tricked.

Dr. Khan, Anita, Brian and the many others who run the clinic are really a wonderful team. They treated me with courtesy and the upmost professionalism and went out of their way to treat what had been a previously undiagnosed condition. Dr. Khan was extremely thorough and dedicated to make sure every step was done just right. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, or looking to switch dentists.

Would give zero stars if possible. Saw Dr. Abbas Khan several times for dental work. He was very pleasant but always 30 minutes late even though I was his first patient of the day. He blamed heavy traffic every time. Bro, I was not born yesterday. I live in Unionville and I happen to know that there is no morning traffic into town.His office failed to submit insurance claims for the work I had done. A few months later they sent me the entire bill. I asked them to please submit an insurance claim. A few months later I received the same bill. They still had not submitted a claim. This happened several more times, and each time I reminded them to submit a claim. Now it has been over a year and a half since the work and insurance won't pay it. This is a great example of the sloppy practice he runs.Update: after trying to make me pay for the claims they failed to file, they eventually had to write off the charges. They kicked and screamed the whole way, but I'm glad they lost! If they had just done their job and filed within one year of service, they would have gotten their money.

Dr. Khan and staff are extremely friendly, gentle, professional and also helpful with insurance and payment options. I can truly say Jeremy is the Best Dentist I ever have been too. I have had two crowns done by him and a bridge and was painless. I am grateful for him and his staff.

Great first experience here. Messaged the business on Yelp and got a reply same day. Scheduled my first appointment the next day and filled out all patient forms online ahead of time. It was nice not having to deal with paper forms, especially since we're trying extra hard to reduce the spread of germs at this time. Front office staff were kind and courteous. Dr. Khan and his assistant were both very personable, efficient, and skilled. They asked about my dental history and even took extra time to check on a recent root canal I had last year to make sure it was doing well. I got Xrays and a cleaning in under 45 minutes.
