I emailed them the last week of November asking for an estimate of the cost to purchase and install a tankless Combi hot water boiler/heater. Marc (the owner) replied very quickly. This is the one that serves parts of west virginia..8 months ago Mark a technician came out and replaced some pipes on my water heater which was extremely old.Now a new problem with heating element came up ***no issues with previous work they have done*** so i called them to send someone out, which they squeezed me in the same day originally to replace a heating element in my water heater but there were unforseen issues where I needed a whole new unit ***being the water heater is so old.*** So we talked about the best route to take and gave me an estimate.
