The reviews are correct. Very bad customer service. You are just a number to them . There is no one you can speak with. Go to the machine and do paperwork check in yourself. If you have a question good luck. They are generally rude and just don't give a F. Even when you try to be polite they treat you like crap. To all the young people reading this review , there was a time not long ago before all this automation don't exist . You could actually interact with a human. My husband and walked in before 7:30 AM without an appointment hoping to be seen within a short time. I was called in first after waiting about 10 minutes - a very good thing! We continued to wait another 15 minutes when one of the female technicians came to the waiting room and told us very rudely that they cannot take "walk-ins" they are short staffed and that he has to make an appointment to be seen. We understand the inability to see walk-ins but the rudeness was totally unnecessary.

The women who was working this morning was very rude to people waiting in the waiting room. After she called me in a women in the waiting room asked a question and the technician just shut the door on her and walked away. When she took me in to the office she was slamming everything and noticeable upset about something. She hurt my arm so bad that I have a huge bruise after my golf ball sized bump went away. I did nothing to this women to deserve this. I was kind and very polite to her.
