I just had my 3 hour glucose test at this location and I can't say enough wonderful things about my phlebotomist, Tameka. She was kind, helpful, and radiated positivity. For anyone who has had to take this test it absolutely sucks and Tameka made it as painless as possible.
I had an appointment in December to get a rapid antigen test as a requirement for overseas travel. Unfortunately, their booking system had something wrong with it, and consequently many people showed up at once, with similar appointment time slots. The line was out the door and down the hallway. Most people were patient, and just waited until the bottleneck had eased up. One young guy was doing his best to book people in, and take their details. There was one angry customer - there always is. He was self-centered and raised his voice, and thought his time was more important than everyone else's. I had an amazing experience. I needed a rapid PCR for job clearance. The process to make an appointment is done online and is simple to complete. The staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival. I barely had to wait to be seen. Then received my results even faster than promised. Thanks.
