Dr. Rich has been my provider for 20 years and it's comforting to have a professional and caring Doc who listens and takes time with you. The office folks are kind and never have to wait to be seen once in the office. Everyone is on time.

I’m actually the daughter of one of your patients. I’m writing on behalf of DR Fisher and his nurse who convinced my father (who is extremely stubborn) to get in an ambulance and go to the emergency room. From the bottom of my heart thank you, there should be more people in this field with hearts like yours.

I'm not sure why there is so many negative comments, I never once was treated in the way the people were treated. Like I have always said, there are 3 sides to the truth and wow ain't that the truth. I've been coming here for 13 years and never once was a staff member rude. I'm starting to think it was the patients who were have an attitude when they call or come in.As for the Doctors, Specialists, Nurse and APRN, they are so intelligent and caring, I would refer everyone to this Medical Group. I honestly think if people were nice to them and spoke to them respectfully, like I have always done; then they would be treated in the same manner.I cannot believe what I am reading...read full review
