I’m very particular with my pedicures. I’m not a B but I will let you know exactly how I want it done since that’s what I’m paying for. I decided to go with neon yellow. We all know the white has to go on first and needs to look immaculate so that the yellow can look nice. She only put one coat of white paint which left gaps in the neon yellow and it looked absolutely terrible. One day later, my nail polish on my hand started chipping, which was also gel, so I went back. I had to change the color of my nails because she’s blaming it on the color and not on the application. I've been here twice and both times were an average experience. The staff is kind. I only had to wait a couple minutes for someone to finish with the client and after that the nails didnt take too long. I had my acrylic nails for a full month with no cracking or breaking, none of them even lifted at the edges! I went in today to get the nails soaked off and get gel on just my nails since they have grown a bit. Instead of soaking my nails the lady just began to pry them off! It really hurt and chilled multiple nails. I could have just done that at home. The nails came out nice so I didn't really care since they'll grow longer again. I went there yesterday for a French manicure and to have my eyebrows done. It was my first time there. It was such a great experience. They are so sweet and pleasant. My nails came out beautiful and my eyebrows were perfect. Lilly was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be a returning customer and will highly recommend them to family and friends.
