When you loose a loved one or family member it is always heart breaking and stressful time. More so when the death is unexpected, as in my situation. I can't thank Holly and Robert enough for all they did for me and my family. They both made the situation easier to deal with by their caring and professional manner. On behalf of my family I want to express our gratitude to Holly and Robert for guiding us through the process of making funeral arrangements for my mom who died unexpectedly on April 21. This was somewhat more complicated because we were traveling from Massachusetts and New Jersey. The staff at the assisted living facility where my mom had passed away was so impressed with how thoughful, caring, efficiently and professionally Robert took care of the situation. Not being prepared for this event, our family required considerable guidance. Holly was right there for us, making gentle suggestions, offering options and assuring us that our choices were appropriate and reflected our mother's life and spirit. We felt so relieved that details, especially arrangements with the cemetery, were all taken care of which freed us to focus on family and friends.
