I have been going to Advanced Radiology in Trumbull for many years. I go every year for my mammogram, I've had bone scans and ultrasounds there in both offices. I have never had a bad experience there or met with anyone who wasn't an absolute pleasure to be with. They are an extremely busy office and all the staff that is employed there handles their position with friendliness and grace.
I had a cat scan done at the Trumbull location and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I was very anxious since I am short and always need help getting on an exam table. Lauren and Sabrina were my techs and they are absolute angels! Not only were they very professional but they knew exactly how to help me and made having this test a stress free encounter! Thank you girls!
The employees were polite, that's the only reason for the second star.
They brought me into get my MRI a half hour later than the appointment was scheduled. Mind you when I made the call they told me to be early and I was.
Then they had no one at reception after I got out for a half hour when they know I could not leave because I needed a CD of the MRI for y doctor. This had been communicated by my doctor before the appointment and me when arriving and before I went into the MRI.
