Lowered it by one star - we asked him to look at a minor issue caused by the gutter shields they installed and never heard back from them.We had been recommended by a dear friend and realtor who has used him and referred him to many folks. Tony's men removed 3 layers of shingles, replaced gutters, and also nailed in covers for the gutters. The job looks well-finished, and they left the yard spic and span.
