I have had one rule for my Husband in our 33 year marriage, do not ever (and I mean EVER) buy me an appliance to cook or clean with. He has honored that rule. I was so happy fpr the gentlemen at Powell's who assisted me in my purchase. The best service ever!

Cannot give enough stars!! Our 40 year old Electrolux, which Steve helped us get 8 more years out of, finally bit the dust. Steve said he had the perfect replacement, a new Electrolux. I tried to have him show me the next model up, but he told me this was what I was looking for. Other shops would have jumped at the chance to upsell! The factory gave it a one year warranty but Steve personally warranteed it for TEN YEARS!!! Took it home and my wife said it was too loud!! When it comes to vacuum repair and sales stores, one doesn't have many choices. There's a reason this place has stood the test of time . Fair, honest , and great customer service . Only sells and quality products and routine vacuum service or repair is quick and reasonable . When our Miele is running rough or lacking suction we know it's usually time for an annual service. Most people laughed at me spending almost $500 on a vacuum, but it really helps keep the house clean and is an investment . Don't go to the big chain stores for your vacuum, they simply aren't the same . Since getting a Miele my wife and I vow never to go back . Keep up the good work !
