They've come out to help me replace a bathroom fan, to install a smart thermostat (which involved some finagling and I'm glad I asked, because people were telling me I could do it myself and it turns out that I was missing a kit for the furnace and a third wire in the wall), and a couple other projects around the house. While it costs more than I'd like to pay, their prices seem reasonable for the work they'll do, and they always arrive at the appointed time and get the work done in a reasonable time. More than a year later, the thermostat is still working great, and I'm thinking about calling for a few more projects.

These guys are awesome!! From Doug who makes the appointments and even squeezed us in during an “emergency” as busy as they are. Not to mention Matt, our service guy. Always on time, communicates everything clearly. Offers suggestions and has a smile and a cheerful attitude to greet you. Refreshing to have an honest, responsible company we can rely on. Eastside recently completed a small bathroom/laundry area to my home and I am thrilled with the results! Every person on the team who was on site was extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. High quality of construction with excellent attention to details. Contractor was on site regularly overseeing the project and was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I have peace of mind knowing this project was completed properly and that there will not be any problems down the road, which is not something you can say about a lot of contractors these days.
