Recently Joined Nautilus and I must say, it is CLEAN, warm and dry. All the equipment is in working order and you don't have to unload plates before using a machine. Music is not blaring or offensive. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.. I would highly recommend it to others.

I recently joined Nautilus within the past month and I have to say it’s the best gym I’ve been to. Great atmosphere, very clean and a great selection of equipment to work out on. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this gym. Definitely feel welcome from the moment you first walk in. Keep up the great work Coach.

Signed up about a month ago, so glad I did! Plenty of heavy weights and equipment for functional training, the cardio equipment is wonderful, staff is always cheery and helpful. Nautilus is a great establishment!

It has everything that I want in a fitness center. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, a clean facility, and great equipment for every level. Coach and the personal trainer Dan are knowledgeable, encouraging and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Nautilus Plus Fitness and Tanning Center!

Nautilus Plus Fitness and Tanning is the gem of the Northwest corner of CT. It is the cleanest training facility I have ever been in and all the equipment is in tip top shape. There are plenty of machines, benches and free weights as well as battle ropes, tires and boxes. There is something for everyone here. Coach K has been a positive influence on my family and the community. Thanks for all you do Coach!!.

This is the best gym I've ever used to train. Coach is terrific, the people are super nice, and Dan is really skilled at personal training. I have exceeded all of my goals, ones I didn't even think were possible. I couldn't have done it without this gym, it is the real deal. A real lifting gym. Once I walked in, I felt instantly comfortable. A big thank you to Coach and Dan for being just the BEST!
