In January, I experienced a flood in my home and contacted this company for help. Unfortunately, the technician who came out initially misdiagnosed the issue. As a result, the flooding continued for several more days, causing unnecessary stress and damage.
I had the technician return, but the actual problem was only identified because the demo crew already working in my home pointed it out, not the plumber. Essentially, I paid a diagnostic fee for an issue they failed to correctly identify, even on the second visit.
To make matters worse, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited toward the repair. However, when I later called to schedule the repair and request that credit, I was met with an unprofessional response. the representative said she would “think about it.”
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The misdiagnosis, lack of accountability, and failure to honor what was promised reflect very poorly on this company’s professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend their services.

I had called them for what I thought was a plumbing issue and had to cancel. Turns out I had excessive water coming into my basement from underground from all the snow we got hit hard with..but let me tell you something...the two young men who are brothers came to my home so respectful and Kool ..even tho I ended up not needing their services at the moment...just the fact that they responded even after I had cancelled and assured me that these types of things happen and were understanding...I'd call this company again . Thank you and I will call again🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

They came promptly, guy was nice, seemed to know what he was doing, explained everything. I assume problem is fixed. Time will tell. My only complaint is that he left a huge mess. Had to throw out my cleaning bucket which he used and a throw rug. Floors, wall, washing machine, toilet- everything covered with black sludge and fingerprints on everything he touched. Took us an hour to scrub everything down. Cost $648 for an hour’s work.

I cannot say enough good things about Mascetti's Plumbing. My mother experienced an emergency situation in her home with a leak where we couldn’t identify the source. She lives alone and I was trying to help from out of state. Not only did Mascetti’s respond promptly (on a holiday when their competitors were closed) but they went above and beyond and completed cabinetry repairs caused by the leak (completely out of their normal scope, but they knew my mom was in need). They kept in contact with me during the entire process, and acted with such knowledge and professionalism that is hard to put into words. I cannot recommend them enough for any number of home service and plumbing needs!!

I called them to replace a float switch. They showed up and gave me a ballpark figure of $675. After rescheduling once, they showed up without even letting me know when they'd be here. They proceeded to take apart the sewage tank in my basement getting sewage spilling everywhere. I was then told the whole pump needs to be replaced, at a cost over $2000! After that they just left. I spent the last two hour cleaning and drying my basement from all of the sewage they left behind. I'm beyond disappointed. They charged me $300 to be here for one hour and did nothing but take a couple of bolts off of the tank, which they didn't even put back on. Please stay away from this company!!!

I recently hired this plumber to snake a 60-foot drain from the house to the street. He quoted a flat rate of $678, which I was told was the maximum he charges. When he arrived, I noticed he wasn’t feeling well and mentioned he had just had surgery. Out of courtesy, I helped carry his equipment to the basement. Throughout the job, I was asked to provide containers in case of backflow, a brick to prop the snake, and a hose for flushing . I am sure he had this material , but it made his job easier to ask .
The work took about an hour, and while the clog was resolved, the experience left me disappointed. He made a considerable mess and, because I had to leave soon, I ended up cleaning it myself later in the day just to get things moving.
While I understand flat-rate pricing, I expected a more professional experience for the highest end charge especially considering how much I assisted. A little acknowledgment or courtesy discount would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that level of service was delivered.
Update: The next morning, when I took a shower, I discovered the drain was still clogged. Water backed up and flooded my basement. I was shocked, as I had been led to believe the problem was resolved. I called the company back, hoping they would stand by their work, but I was told there was “nothing he could do” and to call someone else to jet it. That response added insult to injury. I regret trusting this company and would strongly caution others before hiring them

Fantastic. Had a minor emergency. Called and spoke with Catherine. Very nice to talk to. Told me she'd call Mike and if he picks up (only reason he wouldn't is if he were running loud machine), and he'd call back. He did within 5 minutes. Explained his situation at the time and said he'd be out in an hour after hearing we had 5 people in the house. He showed up in 40 minutes and fixed our problem. Highly recommended.
