I call in to the main line, Jillian answered and made it her personal mission to bring my home back from the stone age. As fast as the lightning from the night before, the Konopka crew arrived and masterfully applied their knowledge and skill to the problem at hand. Sure, the issue with my sputtering generator was my fault, but they passed no judgements and happily made my problem their problem.
